Grid's focus is exploration and development in s/e Manitoba; four key projects all in the Bird River area: 1)The Makwa Property (Ni-Cu-PGM-Co) includes an Option and J/V agreement with Teck Resources Limited who can earn up to 70% interest by incurring project expenditures of C$15.7 million and C $1.6 mill. in cash or a Grid equity purchase. Makwa is located on the south arm of the Bird River Greenstone Belt. 2)The Mayville Property (Cu-Ni).Grid owns 100% (subject to a minority interest). North arm Bird River. 3)The Donner Property (Li-Cs) is adjacent to the Mayville Property;75% Grid owned. Grid announced a cesium purchase agreement with Tanco, February 18, 2025. 4)Falcon West Property (Li-Cs), located 110 km east of Winnipeg along the Trans-Canada highway, contains highly anomalous cesium values. Historical examples: 3.3m at 10.3% Cs2O and 3.2m at 4.6% Cs2O. All of Grid's southeastern Manitoba projects are located on the ancestral lands of the Sagkeeng First Nation with whom the Company maintains an Exploration Agreement.
